Practices take place Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with times varying by plan (see details below).

When you choose a practice plan you can attend practice up to three times per week for the length of the plan.

Elite Plan members can attend Elite practices and any other practices they choose.

Any Wiseway Academy member can temporarily upgrade to Elite practices for $20 per week.

All Wiseway Academy practice plans include unlimited film/game review, nutrition planning, and a home workout plan.​
